Easy travel to ski resorts, golf courses, visitor destinations and Lake Tahoe with all roads plowed in winter and convenient on/off freeway access to Truckee, Reno & Lake Tahoe.
For recreation, fish & float the river and stream fly fish the Little Truckee River above Boca Reservoir. 2 miles away is Boca Reservoir for boating & fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding & swimming. Stampede Reservoir above Boca popular for kayacking and Kokanee fishing. Hike and bike on nearby trails and bike the Tahoe Pyramid Bikeway through the Truckee River canyon located here.
