Summary: Did not say there was no pool whereas all the other hotels beside it had pools. Room was small, had no ice bucket or microwave in room. A small microwave was available by the elevator for the whole floor. The first woman I encountered at check in was very unfriendly. The lady at check out was nice. Only stayed one night and moved to a different hotel. The only good thing was the continental breakfast. We enjoyed that. Will never stay at a Tru by Hilton again.
