Positive: day of arrival, received an email with door codes... self check in.
Negative: got mixed instructions from property management company(s). was instructed to go to off property office to get "keys"... office was locked, and it was confusing info to use "code" to open mailbox to get actual keys. We then checked email, where we found the key code for our condo at the property. instructions to go first to office was incorrect and confusing. Two sets of instructions.
Summary: nice unti... furniture is old and tired. would be wise to upgrade
