Our cozy and spacious waterfront property can accommodate up to 10 guests and is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. The property features a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Our tropical paradise is located within easy reach of beaches and steps away from local shops, restaurants, and cafes. You'll also be within easy reach of the Dania Beach Arts & Seafood Celebration, the Dania Beach Fishing Pier, and many more captivating attractions! The interior of this lovely home is adorned with stylish furnishings, top-of-the-line appliances, and decor. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning + ceiling fans, and a laundry room. We've also provided fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience. With a range of outstanding features, our home provides guests with a truly memorable experience. Guests can take advantage of the grill, the outdoor dining area, the relaxing hot tubs, the outside deck, the tranquil canal, and the convenient (boat dock fee $50.00 per day.) Summary: We only stayed here for a few hours the night before leaving on a cruise, but loved the view of the water from the back deck. The home was clean and check in was simple and easy. Location near airport and cruise port was absolutely perfect for our needs!
