Just steps from the ocean with balcony ocean views. Amenities include a private pool with a swim up bar and hot tub. A large lawn area for games or just relaxing in the sunshine. A Huge outdoor palapa with a dining area and living area with seating for the whole group. Just off the palapa you will find an air conditioned living room with cable TV, and a large full kitchen. For those wanting to keep fit, there is an air conditioned gym. One master bedroom, one double bedroom with 2 queens and the bunk room make up the rest of the downstairs. Upstairs you will find an air conditioned theater/game room, another Master bedroom and two double rooms with 2 queens each. All bedrooms are air conditioned with cable TV and private bathrooms. The Villa is fully staffed to provide you with a luxurious stay. Chef included for premium weeks and available for an extra fee for all others. Golf carts can be provided for an extra fee.

Summary: We had a lovely time at this house. It is an absolutely gorgeous property in a beautiful location. The staff were second to none. They took care of our every need and were so exceptional in their service. The area is under development but we were able to find two beautiful beaches via golf cart and an area for tennis and pickleball. The golf course is outstanding and our group took in two rounds. Would definitely stay here again!
