The Kauhale Makai meaning " Village by the Sea" is a small quiet complex located 20 minutes south of the Kahului Airport and 1 Mile North of Kihei town center, out of the hustle bustle yet minutes to Maui's best beaches, restaurants, golf, massage, shopping and other attractions.
This is not a good swimming beach as it has coral and a deep drop off. But you can enjoy nice long strolls on the beach, a dip in the pool or jacuzzi under the Maui Stars and Moon. The best beaches for swimming or snorkeling are North or South of the condo.
