Summary: Property appears to have recently been totally renovated. Everything is fresh and up to date. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice. The mattress and bed frame had a cheap, light weight feel to them. There is an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, and ample dishes. The bedroom closet is spacious. The range and refrigerator appear to be new. It should be explained to guests that the apartment door cannot be locked and unlocked only by entering the code, but you also must turn the knob after entering the code. The thermostat has a mind of its own. Set it where you want, but who knows where it will go from there. I sent a text to management about it and the response was that it would quit do it, which it didn't. There is obviously something more that needs to be done to get the thermostat to stay where you set it. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood.
