Playa Grande PALM BEACH ESTATES is very popular with Americans Canadians and Europeans alike..Casa Amarosa is the first house IN PALM BEACH ESTATES as you enter this community - it backs up to the ESTUARY. To get to the beach, it's about a 10min walk on dirt roads. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 and half bath !Newer House with modern Bathrooms and spacious Living Room. an additional bedroom plus bath is located in a separate pool house ( CASITA) close by on the property (guest house,which has a bedroom and a bathroom. The house has a nice living room, open kitchen and a beautiful big tropical garden. This property also has a private in ground pool. The main house has a large Patio on the ground floor and a patio/Balcony on the first floor. This house sleeps 6 guest. 4 in the main house and 2 in the pool house. The House is about 1 Hour form the airport. (LIBERIA AIRPORT) You can take the TAMARINDO SHUTTLE and THEN RENT A CAR, OR GET A rental car AT THE AIRPORT DIRECTLY in LIBERIA( More expensive). The shuttles to Tamarindo run all the time , you can make a reservation online or just hop on one once you arrive( without reservation) Surfboard rentals are available Everywhere!! Easy to find! The next supermarket is 5 minutes by foot. The neighbor will check you in and hand over the keys for your stay. Maid service is available for an additional charge. Chef available for additional charge PLAYA GRANDE IS A VERY SAFE COMMUNITY WITH A LOT OF TOURISTS AND EUROPEANS/AMERICANS LIVING THERE FULL TIME AND PART TIME. **PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL BOOKING IS CONFIRMED**
