Completed in 2021, Casa 52 is a modern, single-family home with plenty of space and all the modern conveniences you would expect to have during your vacation. The main house offers a fully appointed gourmet kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. The living room seamlessly flows out to an outdoor seating area and pool.
The main house has three well-appointed bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed and ensuite bath with a flat screen TV. The first guest room has a queen bed and the second guest room a beautiful bunk bed made of locally harvested Guanacaste wood complete with two single bunks over a queen. The two guest rooms share a bathroom in the hall.
This home is about one hour from the airport and located in the beautiful, gated community of Las Ventanas de Playa Grande. Conveniently located to the beach and all of Playa Grandes, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, gym and local brewery, the community is known for having a fantastic location to everything you may want to have a memorable vacation. The beach towns of Tamarindo and Flamingo with its newly constructed Marina, are just a short 20-minute drive. Don’t forget to ask our concierge about the secluded beaches of Piratas and Minas, both a short drive and hidden gems of the area.
