1 Bedroom House in Cocoa
Updated 31 ft travel trailer with in ground pool in pet and kid friendly in our tropical backyard. ( front yard is for parking)
Lots to play and fenced yard! Lots to play for kids!.Sand/construction zone, seating area's and a hammock to relax.
It's and older rv that we have updated. It has new vinyl floors, fresh paint, new countertops, updated kitchen, shiplap on the walls, a new toilet, new decoration, new bedding etc. The kitchen includes a sink, fridge, microwave, freezer and a cooktop burner, new Ac. New curtains/blinds throughout and some new light fixtures.
1 bedroom area with queen sized bed( 2 people) and 1 ikea sleeper sofa ( 2 people). There is a TV and business wifi.
The yard is fenced. We are pet friendly and kids are also very welcome. The grass area is fenced separately, so dogs and kids can play in separate area's, if needed. The travel trailer is next to the pool.
We have some (pool) toys and in the travel trailer is a chalkboard wall and some toys as well.. There is a shared screened porch and a small BBQ grill in front of the RV. Bus stop nearby, railroad nearby. The train is loud when it passes.
Frond yard is for parking ( driveway)
Great location if you want to go to Orlando, Disney, Universal etc but also want to visit the beaches, Cocoa beach, Cape Canaveral etc.
Close to cape Canaveral, beaches, 45-60 min to Orlando.
Downtown Cocoa 5-10 min
Kids / pets need to be supervised at all times. No lifeguards on duty. Parents/ caregivers are responsible to watch their kids at all times.
