Condo 404 is a one bedroom, one & 1/2 Bath unit which also has bunk beds in the hall W/ pocket door to provide privacy to the full size twin bunks and bed room from the kitchen and living room area for additional sleeping pleasure while others may be night Owls. 2-Queen sleeper sofa Plus recliner in living room. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably. A washer and dryer is also in the unit. The large private balcony is a direct gulf view offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up early to view the sunrise and dolphins or watch the sunset or just plain beach watching. The unit is centrally located within walking distance of the 'T' at Highway 59, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals and shopping. It's only minutes to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, nature trails, Fort Morgan, ferry to Dauphin Island, dolphin tours, para-sailing, library, museum and other attractions. It is also just a short drive North to OWA, the Outlet Mall or Train Museum in Foley.

Perhaps the most recognizable feature of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are the 32 miles of white-sand beaches that stretch across the Alabama coastline. Made of crushed quartz washed down thousands of years ago from the Appalachian Mountain chain, it’s one of the reasons vacationers travel year after year to visit the Alabama Gulf Coast.
This 4th floor unit has an extra large balcony and offers a direct view of the beach/Ocean from the balcony. The view of the pool is below the balcony. Extra large sliding door for spectacular views from inside condo of the beach. To enhance your enjoyment we have recently painted, added new refrigerator with ice maker, new flat screen TV's, New microwave, new stove, ceiling fans, and a new 40 gallon water heater. There is ceramic tile flooring throughout including tile on balcony A 42' TV is visible from comfy sectional, dining table and both sofas! A fully equipped kitchen has all you will need including coffee maker Keurig and Mr Coffee, 4 slice toaster, blender,, microwave and hand mixer. The Master bath has two sinks cabinet, mirror, New plumbing fixtures and Granite vanity top. The bedroom has a New King bed, new 42' TV. Free internet is available along with dish TV.
This complex has many amenities including an heated outdoor pool w/restroom at pool area, large grilling area with over-sized charcoal grills, picnic, very short boardwalk to the beach, chairs and tables at pool, covered under building for loading and unloading, Carts to help get your stuff upstairs. limited handicapped parking, ample carts, buggies and one elevator.
To the east of Gulf Shores, it is a 45 minute drive to Pensacola Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.
