Positive: Property was as described and pictured. Modern, very clean and bright. Location was fabulous! Waking up every morning with a beach/gulf view was spectacular. No long walk to the beach with all our gear, it was perfect. We were not far from John’s Pass and convenient locations for great restaurants and take-out.
Negative: The master bedroom would get very warm at night and would require leaving the bedroom door open to circulate air back to the return in the Livingroom area to cool down. Two fans additional fans were in the condo which helped. The bedroom and bathroom doors did not have locking door knobs which left an element of privacy lacking. They were basic closet door knobs with no option to lock. Not deal breakers but would have turned the stay from wonderful to exceptional if not for the minor inconveniences.
Summary: Beachside sanctuary with all the comforts of home!
