Luxurious “studio”
Completely gutted on the interior and modernized with technology. For avid golfers there is a putting green and chipping area to keep the skills sharp. Bathroom is unlike any you’ve been in before with heated towel rack, heated tile throughout the day, massive rainfall shower, and wall mounted toliet (very clean).
This house is way too nice to be throwing a party or event here. If you "accidently" have a party here, you will be asked to leave with no refund in addition to a massive cleaning fee.

Summary: We stayed in Imperial Beach at this lovely home, for a family wedding on Coronado Island. It’s so convenient to get anywhere on Coronado or take the bridge into San Diego… but the best part is this is a great cottage. Has everything for a great stay, including a high tech shower, with heated bath room tiles AND a towel warmer- loved it! Cool firepit and a beautiful bbq smoker. We are coming back to southern Cali for more family visits- we will stay again & again. Great host, great place to enjoy a stay with lots of amenities.
