There are 3 levels to enjoy. A mid level living room with a vaulted ceiling, a downstairs garden level with lots of floor space, and the upstairs loft where the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and deck are located.
The hardwood floor in the king size master bedroom leads to your luxurious sky-lit Italian tile shower room and walk-in closet. This south facing bedroom has its' own private door to the deck.
Plenty of privacy and sun atop the back yard deck. From the sky-deck, use the spiral stair to/from the back yard patio area where it stays cool on hot summer days.
The guest bedroom has a comfortable Saatva pillow-top bed in it, as well as plenty of space to place your things. The window shade keeps this room dark. The guest bathroom has a tub & shower with a built-in fold down sitting bench.
The kitchen on the east end of the loft has a wide array of food & beverage appliance provisions and a generous selection of preparation, serving, and storage accoutrements.
