Beautiful new construction, modern home....... Drink your morning coffee, from the 3rd floor balcony with a view of the lake. Take a long hot shower, with great water pressure. Grill steaks and bond with friends & family on the back porch. Enjoy high end appliances, along with lavish comfortable furniture. Bring your boat or jet skis. Boat ramp #7 is only two blocks away. Must be 25 or older to rent this property. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, NO PARTIES & NO PETS ALLOWED. 3 car max.
The property is on a corner lot, with a large front yard. The rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. This is a THREE STORY home, so please understand that you will be climbing stairs. There is no elevator. If you have health, or knee issues, this may not be the property for you. The TV's all have the following streaming apps....
Netflix, HULU, Disney+, Paramount+.
The property is located in Canyon Lake Hills subdivision. It is not a gated community, but does a have a homeowners association. Please be respectful of the neighbors. The neighbors are a very tight knit group, and they all talk to each other. Have a great time and enjoy the home, but please keep the noise level outside of the home down. The neighbors are very friendly, but they will call me if the noise level gets out of hand. There are 3 security cameras outside the home, for your protection, and mine. The backyard camera is located above the back door and has to face the hot tub, because of the configuration of the back yard.
