Located on the beach side of the Resort, this coastal retreat features a spacious 1BD-1BR floor plan, an oversized corner balcony with seating for 10, and dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy access to the beach tram, tropical pool with waterfall, hot tub, seasonal snack bar, and fitness center!
6324 Luau II offers a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all you need to whip up a quick breakfast or prepare a gourmet meal for family and friends! With bar seating as well as dining for 6 indoors, in addition to seating for 10 on the balcony, there is room for everyone to enjoy! The thoughtfully designed living area has cozy seating, an HDTV and direct access to the expansive wrap around balcony overlooking the pool and beach.
With a spacious master bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living area, 6324 Luau II comfortably sleeps four guests. Designed with relaxation in mind, the master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, an HDTV, and breathtaking views of the lake and tropical pool. Guests can also enjoy convenient access to the en suite bathroom through the master bedroom or hallway. For your convenience, we provide keyless check in, a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and WIFI is complimentary.
Luau has one of the most beautiful tropical pool complexes in the Resort, complete with a waterfall, separate kiddie pool area and hot tub. The pool deck also has its own seasonal snack bar and often during summer weekends has live music. Luau also has a fitness center equipped with modern treadmills, stationary bikes and a weight machine.
The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a full marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, the list goes on!

Summary: My wife and I wanted to be in the sun during both our daughters’ spring breaks from Minnesota. We wanted a family friendly atmosphere with beach and pool options. We found that in this stay. Everything was as advertised. I think next time we will go with a two bedroom but the pull out sleeper was just fine for both girls. Thanks for letting us stay! We had a blast and made tons of memories!
