Positive: I liked the location and the privacy of the unit. I enjoyed the pool.
Negative: Staff was not informative about amenities. It seemed like we were bothering staff when we would ask questions. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to get fans because the unit was so hot even with all the blinds closed. Was told have access to the indoor pool and hot tub, but sign on the door said we could not access it even with the codes provided. We were sent the incorrect welcome package…to a different location. Requested the correct one and never heard back. When calling the number provided, nobody answered the phones. The unit was dirty with dead bugs on the floors and the tub was dirty. The linen on the bed had yellow stains on it.
Summary: I would stay again due to the easy lake access, but updates, comfort, and cleanliness need to be addressed.
