This condo has been on a rental program for years with the highest ratings by many guests. The condo is located in the center of the resort on the second floor of a two story building. Not serviced by elevator. Private landing not shared with neighbors. No lobby entrance for people to congregate. Each bedroom has a separate balcony (furnished with chairs and tables) where you have nice tennis court views while sitting under a canopy of trees with hanging Spanish Moss. The bedrooms are on opposite end of the living areas, ensuring complete privacy for the family. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and private bath. One bedroom has a king size bed. The second very large bedroom has two queen beds. The vaulted living/dining areas have a dining table for 6, a bar area, a flat screen TV and room for an 18" queen air mattress. There is a fully equipped kitchen located just off the living /dining room. The unit has a very spacious open floor plan which makes it so easy to enjoy family/friends time together. The communal pool is only steps away with plenty of lounges and tables to enjoy a relaxing outdoor setting.
