Welcome to our treehouse in the easily accessible gated, amenity filled Pocono Community of Indian Mountain Lakes! Within 15 minutes of major Pocono attractions such as the Pocono Raceway, Hickory Run park and Boulder field, multiple golf courses, Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski resort, Skirmish paintball, whitewater rafting, and Split Rock Resort. You can walk to the swimming and fishing lakes! Community includes 5 lakes, 2 pools, playgrounds, hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts. You'll feel like you're sleeping in the trees (but still have every creature comfort, from a comfy couch to SS appliances) in our recently redone home with new furniture and kitchen appliances. Cozy up on the wraparound sofa in front of the easy to use gas fireplace and tv, play family (or not!) games at the expandable kitchen table, or spread out in the loft, living room, and bedrooms. Both queen beds have newer Sealy mattresses and toppers. The Bunk room with 2 twins and a full bed with new mattress gives kids their own space, with toys, Wii, and their own tv. The Queen bedroom is perfect when you need space yourself, with a SMART tv and closet. The loft is your grownup tree house, with a queen bed, futon, recliner, plenty of space, and its' own private balcony. The WiFi signal is strong, and all tv's are SMART. Please note: linens are optional; my cleaners charge a $50 cleaning fee for them, so please let me know if you want that added to the reservation! Outside you will find ample parking in the wraparound driveway, and plenty of room for the kids to explore. Fire up the gas grill and eat al fresco on the deck while enjoying the breeze and the deer wandering almost underfoot. The fire pit is the perfect place to kick back on a chilly night. In the summer, enjoy the swings under the deck and gentle swaying of the hammocks in the yard. In the kids' room, you will find games for the family, and on top of the fridge you will find 'other' card games for playing after the kids are in bed! We also have a plow service that will come once the snow hits 3", so you never have to worry about being stranded. Please note- the outdoor sectional, hammocks, and chair hammocks are stored away in the winter months. Spring thru fall, not only can you walk to swimming and fishing, but you can relax among the trees on the deck, in the hammocks, or the 'grownup swings' under the deck. We have 3 adult and 3 children's bikes available, as well. There are countless festivals and fairs every weekend, and Jim Thorpe is a short drive away. All under 10 miles away, you will find the Pocono Raceway, Hickory Run parks' hiking trails, waterfalls, and Boulder Field. Skirmish paintball is around the corner, and a short drive gets you to several waterparks, adventure courses, zip lines, and every adventure sport the Poconos has to offer! This is the perfect getaway close to everything! Things to note: -linens are not included. They can be added for $50. -the ground floor basement is under construction, and cannot be accessed. -there are no laundry facilities -***NO groups under 25 years old!***
