COVID-19 Notice: For the 2020 rental season, regardless of what is stated in the descriptions, renters will be responsible to supply all linens, towels, pillows and blankets."Treehouse Cottage" is a 1500 square foot, three bedroom modern, boundless cottage located a quick 15 minute drive from Sauble Beach or 3km from Chesley Lake Camp where you can pay to access the small public sand beach. This unique cottage is located on a lot with hardwood forest, and while it does have a cottage on either side of it, there is good screening from neighbours. BEDROOMS 3 Bedrooms 2 Queens, 1 Double and 1 Single BATHROOMS Bathroom 1: Tub, Shower, Toilet and Sink KITCHEN Refrigerator/Freezer Dishwasher Stove Microwave Coffee Maker Toaster Kettle Dishes Pots/Pans Cutlery AMENITIES Television DVD Player Satellite CD Player Ceiling Fan Gas Fireplace (available only in low season) Clothes Washer & Dryer Baby Highchair Baby Playpen Propane BBQ Fire Pit Patio Furniture; Table, 10 Chairs, Umbrella) SHORELINE There is no public lake access from this cottage. Chesley Lake Camp is 3 km away where you can pay to use the public sand beach (unfortuantely it is not open to the public for the 2020 season). Sauble Beach is a 15 minute drive away. CHILD SAFETY ISSUES No apparent child safety issues. PRIVACY RATING Three stars out of Five. The cottage is located on a dead end road. Minimal traffic. It does have a neighbour on either side with very good screening. DOCKING FACILITIES No Docking Facilities at this cottage WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access. LIMITATIONS Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults. Pets are negotiable Guests have access to the second floor only Please note that the gas fireplace is only available during the low season. Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.Please note that after placing your reservation, a rental application will be sent to you. You will have 24 hours to fill out the application form. If the form is not returned after the 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. Your reservation is temporarily on hold. Please note that after placing your reservation, a rental application will be sent to you. You will have 24 hours to fill out the application form.
