Large apartment located on the ground floor of a wonderful and charming farmhouse located in the Tuscan countryside of Mugello, wonderful land of the ancient Tuscan noble families.
The house is located in a dominant position and completely surrounded by nature, far from the traffic and noise of the city, from agriculture and intensive farming, outside the exasperated logic of modernity, suspended between present and past.
The apartment is about 70 square meters and is accessed via a large common entrance with the main part. It consists of a large kitchen with a living room characteristic for the large fireplace, the old stone sink and the original niches in the walls: from here you access the comfortable bedroom and the spacious bathroom with bath and shower.
On the floor above the house we live, discreet and considerate neighbors who love being in company but respect the spaces of others.
We are only 40 minutes from Florence, 25 from Prato, but ....
