This lovely 3 story Craftsman style home in the heart of Murray Hill is filled to the brim with the owners� collections from around the world. Built in 1926, this home has been lovingly updated but still maintains the charm and character of a different era. The main floor with its formal living room and gas fireplace is warm and inviting with comfortable seating. The formal dining room can seat 8 around the antique table. Beyond the dining room is an expansive open-concept kitchen/breakfast bar and great room with another gas fireplace. Between the kitchen area and the dining room, you could easily seat 16 people for a dinner. The chef in the group will love the kitchen with a gas stove, stainless appliances, and wine fridge. The soaring ceiling with exposed rafters and wall of windows allows for an abundance of natural light. French doors in the great room lead to a patio with a gas grill, outdoor seating, and ample backyard space. Perfect for outdoor entertaining. A powder room is also located on the main level.
The second floor invites you to step into the Paris Room, where you�ll find an authentic Bistro set that was shipped directly from Paris.
