The home’s private and somewhat remote location has grounds surrounded by a 2 acre lush natural setting of mature oak trees and native landscape that backs up to The Savannas Natural Land Preserve. You are a beautiful 15 minute drive to restaurants, stores and ocean shores. Wake up to a sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway and beautiful Hutchinson Island, with spectacular water views of the Indian River from the Master Bedroom Suite. Be on the lookout for amazing local wildlife, including dolphins, pelicans and osprey. This sprawling 3400 square foot single level home boasts a spacious layout offering 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, 2 screened in porches and gorgeous grounds. This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch point surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. A 24 hour turnaround time will be implemented between guest stays to protect our guests. We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry soap, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well.

Summary: The house has a lovely view of Indian River - we enjoyed morning coffee on the screen porch watching the sunrise. The house is very spacious and comfortable and along with the guest house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee and bottled water were provided. Fort Pierce was an easy 20 min ride. We were attending a wedding and the house was perfect for out of town family to spend an afternoon together. The high speed rail runs behind the house so there is the occasional train but otherwise the location was quiet and peaceful.
