Offering exquisite amenities, pool access, and an unbeatable location close to Duval Street, Truman Waterfront Park, and Ft. Zachary Taylor Beach provides a fantastic Sunshine State experience for a family or romantic couples retreat. The two-story townhouse was recently renovated and featured an open floor kitchen, dining, and living area on the first floor. The living room is decorated in Key West colors and can be extended to an outdoor patio where the additional dining table and a grill are situated. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and have en-suite bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom has a private balcony and overlooks the lushes green landscaping. For additional guests, the living room has a sleeper sofa. Enjoy sipping a cocktail or organize bbq with friends at your private back patio or by the shared pool.
