Updated 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house with Private Heated pool (under fees it says pool there is only a fee for the heater) there is no fee for use of the pool without the heat. Private Pool. Pool added August 2016. This First Tier home is one lot from beach and has easy access to wide open quiet beaches. Home has open concept living space with well appointed kitchen opening to living and dining areas. Living area opens to a large screen porch with views of the Gulf and is equipped with large flat screen TV, internet and WIFI, and comfortable furnishing. Kitchen - updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartz Counters, chefs delight. 10 foot peninsula with 4 bar stools to hang out with the cooks. Master Bedroom - king bed and full bath with double sinks. opens onto screen porch with beautiful views of the gulf. King Bedroom - Spacious King opens to Screen porch with lovely views of the gulf, shares bath with queen/bunk room Queen/Bunk Room - 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and bunk beds. All new hurricane rated windows recently updated so its very quiet in the house with the windows closed. Screen Porch - spans the entire beach side of home doubling the living space of this home. There are 2 beach chairs and 2 kayaks you can take down to the beach.
Cleaning fee includes bed linens and one towel and wash cloth per person, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and soap. Please note there are additional fees for pets and pool heat, see the "Notes:" paragraph under the "Rates" table for fees.

Summary: Reserved this property due to it's location and proximity to the beach - pool was just an added bonus! The house was clean and amenities as listed. Our favorite feature was the massive screened porch - we spent the majority of our time there when we weren't on the beach or enjoying the pool. Check in and check out was easy. Quiet neighborhood, with a short drive to Port St. Joe. Beach access directly in front of the house - beach was clean and quiet. I will definitely be returning. Great location!
