Private Mini resort on 1.86 acres located on all-sports Rennie Lake. We offer 900 sq ft house available for rent which has 1 bedroom, full bath, full kitchen and private deck. Deck has charcoal grill and patio table with seating for 4. Common area of the resort has large sun deck, fire pit near the water and a private sandy beach. The house has window A/C in bedroom and kitchen, washer & dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, cookware, linens provided, and you must provide beach towels.
Rental includes a Master bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2), and a full sofa bed in living room (sleeps 2) and twin sofa bed (sleeps 1). Max occupacy is 5. No tents, RV’s or Travel Trailers permitted.
Check in 5pm Check out 10am Sharp; No early or late check in. No Smoking or Vaping inside, Pet fee is $20 per pet per night (must disclose before rental); NO Towels provided
