Designed for traveling employees, we require a 30-day minimum stay in our home that allows you to escape from work at the end of the day. It's quaint and has all the necessities: laundry, TV, fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, private entrance and a private patio.
The home is located near Downtown Hampton with access to a highway for an quick drive to multiple beaches, Fort Monroe, Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, a variety of hospitals, corporate offices, shopping centers, and restaurants.
The building is shared by 2 other tenants, primarily they are also traveling employees. There is a common entrance off the front of the house, however, the back of the house has separate entrances to each unit. Free parking is located in the back of the house. The patio on the back of the house is shared for everyone in the home. Each apartment has its own outdoor seating on the front of the home.
This is a great place for you to travel alone, with a partner, or with your friends that allows you to book separate places! To all of our traveling employees - thank you so much for your service.
Guests have full private access to the home. We have a smart code that will be given to you in the check-in instructions that will grant you 24/7 access to the home, without manual keys. A set of manual keys will be left in your home upon check-in.
The neighborhood is right next to downtown historic Hampton. Although it's nearby everything, it is a quiet, charming neighborhood.
There is a local bus stop across the street. Uber / Lyft are prevalent in the area. Walking and biking are definitely an option in this neighborhood.

3. Only disclosed pets are allowed in the property. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be required upon booking as well as the "Pet Fee" which is required to cover additional cleaning.

The 'Management Fee' listed in your booking was for a non-refundable damage waiver. The $79 covers you for accidental damages up to $500. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something were to happen and the damages were to be over $500, you pay the difference over $500. Please keep in mind that this waiver does not apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees.
GUEST VERIFICATION: I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc to verify my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. An additional lease agreement may be requested upon booking depending on length of stay.

We require anyone booking the property to complete an online screening form. This will ask for basic information such as name, birth date, and address. This must be completed within 48 hours of the reservation creation and before check-in for that reservation. This allows us to verify the identity of the guest booking the property. If the online screening check fails, we have the right to cancel the reservation.
We have a digital guidebook for both the home and the area that you will get sent to you once you book the home. It will have things we recommend in the area, and we are always happy to provide some local insight.
We have the home stocked with a starter kit for your stay including a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags for the kitchen, laundry soap, sponge and dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
Supplies required over this amount will be the responsibility of the guests to purchase for their stay. There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains.
We welcome pets as well, but will require a security deposit and additional cleaning fee.
Pets - dogs under 50 pounds only. Pet deposit (non-refundable) of $500 and pet cleaning fee of $100 will apply. The dog must be disclosed and approved by management.
NO parties or unregistered guests outside of reservation are allowed on the property.
In order to respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 10 pm-6 am and are strictly enforced. Should we get a concerned message from a neighbor or another tenant, this could result in penalties. The city is evaluating restricting the use of short-term rentals. Please be respectful of neighbors so we can continue to host you! We want you to have a clean, safe, and quiet place to relax while visiting the area.
DO NOT unplug any electronics or WIFI, or move the TVs.
