Summary: It’s right on the water and spacious. The stairs are spiral and extremely small, we used the outside stairs to get between floors easier. The AC doesn’t cool all that well and a few of the ceiling fans don’t work, but there are a lot of ceiling fans. TV upstairs doesn’t work, TV downstairs does and is quite large. WiFi was great and easy to access. The patio and deck are great, the view gorgeous, and the breeze was fantastic. The home has been flooded before so it still has a mold smell, but it was pretty clean and comfortable. Bring your own pillow if you are particular. We did enjoy our stay and the kitchen area is great for gathering.
