Serene setting on top of a private 3 acre knoll boasting 180 degree sweeping views including Buck Island, Green Cay and City lights in the distance at night. Our private gated oasis is just the getaway that you are looking for. Conveniently located just 7 minutes from Christiansted in the country but close to many favorite restaurants, beaches and landmarks. Our property offers a pool with outdoor kitchen and grilling area, Indoor pool table with door walls that open up to the veranda and pool area making it open air living at its best. Gardens of palms, Bougainvillea and Cactus surround our property and invite a host of hummingbirds, deer and other tropical birds that you will enjoy. Our house is " Green" as it is sustained mostly by solar.
You cannot help but be in awe of the views that will seduce you while enjoying all the luxury amenities you desire on your vacation with this home.
( Disclosure) Main house sits above a small guest cottage that does not use the main house nor any of its amenities. No windows face the main house from the cottage and it sits at a lower level below the main house. Owner may be in cottage during Certain Times.
