Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Oklahoma's only clear water lake from the privacy of your own cabin - with all the comforts of home. Tranquility Cabin is just minutes away from Tenkiller State Park (trails, pool, boat ramp) and Pine Cove Marina (restaurant, boat and slip rental). Tranquility Cabin combines rustic surroundings with the finest amenities. The first floor has a large, fully furnished kitchen with breakfast bar area. The dining and living areas look out onto the front deck and the wonderful lakeview. The living area has a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with an impressive timber mantle. A full bath is on the first floor for convenience, and the queen sleeper sofa offers extra room for your guests. Granite countertops and solid wood doors throughout contribute to the luxury of this home. The upstairs has a master suite with king-size bed and fantastic private bathroom with ceramic tile. The suite looks out onto the upper deck and Lake Tenkiller. It is an extraordinary place for your morning coffee or evening refreshments. A queen-size bed is in the second upstairs bedroom, while the third bedroom provides two twin-size bunk beds and a twin trundle allowing five to sleep comfortably. Finally, the spacious wood deck overlooking Lake Tenkiller is a centerpiece for this cabin. A charcoal grill is provided for your cooking enjoyment, and the patio furniture provides for your lakeview pleasure. The 3-4 person Solana hot tub is especially nice in the autumn and spring, allowing you to spend more time relaxing in the great outdoors. The circle drive in front of the cabin provides plenty of off-street parking, while a driveway on the side of the property allows parking right next to the cabin, allowing convenience for those with limited mobility or when loading/unloading luggage and gear. There is easy water access nearby for swimming and fishing down Powers Plant road (see photo section for map), as well as a nearby boat ramp at Blackgum Landing Access Point (see photo section for map). There is great shoreline and wader fishing at nearby Cato Cove as well as the beautiful Buzzard Roost loop trail. Tranquility Cabin is 8 minutes north of Tenkiller State Park, which offers trails, boat ramp, swimming pool, and Wi-Fi. Pine Cove Marina is located within the state park, and offers day slips for your boat, boat rentals, and a floating restaurant. Access to Tranquility Cabin is fully paved.
