Watch the manatees roll around with their young. Enjoy a paddle with two free shared kayaks. I also have three gorgeous bikes available for rent. I can deliver them to the property as well. Fabulous area to ride along ocean ave. As the pictures show, a nautically themed 1 bedroom apartment with comforts of home. Enjoy your own private outdoor sitting area with comfortable patio chairs and a shared new propane bbq. Breathe in the tropical aroma and feel the peace and tranquility that being on the water always delivers. Unit 803 is the larger of the two available for rent in this duplex cottage . In the exterior picture, it's on the right hand side of the cottage. Tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, Keurig and stove, fridge and dishwasher. Dining area seats four comfortably and also serves as an ideal workspace with an unparalleled view! The unit offers unlimited high speed internet and Roku tv in the main room. The Ultra comfortable "Nectar" king mattress in the bedroom will offer a great nite sleep as the day wraps up. The Bedroom also has its own AC unit with remote, and ceiling fan. Store your belongings in the walk in closet in the spacious bedroom, where you will also find extra linens, towels and blankets, A full dresser is provided in the bedroom . Great for extended stays Enjoy the close proximity to the world renowned Atlantic Avenue as Delray wins the award again for "the most fun" city in North America. So much to offer, along with the beautiful beaches of Delray and Boynton Beach, and all a 5 min drive away. Check out things to do in famous Delray beach, on the Internet. Too many to mention here. This location is in North Delray and equally as close to the three well- known waterfront bars in Boynton Beach. "The Two George's" "Banana Boat" and "Prime Catch" which offer great music, happy hour, waterfront dining and a great casual atmosphere. Admire the beauty of the Intracoastal and opulent yachts passing by. The beach is 1 mile away just across the intracoastal waterway at Woolbright road. Or famous Atlantic Ave beach a little further south Palm Beach is 20 min away, along the scenic, historical Ocean Blvd passing famous Palm Beach Homes owned by Trump, Vanderbilt's, Kennedy's, Barry Gibb and Jeffery Epstein, just to name a few. Stop in for high tea at the famous "Breakers hotel", and walk the famous Worth Ave. The Rodeo drive of Palm Beach. An experience not to be missed and some fun stargazing also 803 Palmer and its unique location will not disappoint. Once settled in, I'm confident leaving will be difficult I personally stay at all of my vacation rentals units for at least a week to ensure all the little details are taken care of.
