Updated kitchen with scenic views out from the living room and top floor balcony. Great family or double couples vacation!
Unique detail: our spiral staircase is the only interior stairwell to get from each floor level.
Front door enters the kitchen and first floor. Off of the kitchen is the master bedroom along with living area and full bath. A spiral staircase leads to downstairs living room, second bedroom, laundry room, full bar, half bath, separate shower stall, and sunroom. Off of the sunroom is exit to porch, which leads to a staircase going down to the bottom deck which then leads to the beautiful sandy beach! Scenic views of the beach are viewed from all common areas through bright large windows.
We have 2 parking spots in a shared graveled parking lot. Our property starts at the mailbox, where you are greeted through a black metal walkthrough gate to 10 stairs to the front door. The stairs continue down to the brick patio and up to the wooded balcony deck. We have a beach directly in front of our patio.
