This two story home has spacious upstairs and downstairs living areas. Updated post- Hurricane Harvey, it sleeps 14 comfortably with 5 bedrooms... perfect for your next family vacation, fishing or bird watching trip. With Little Bay just a quick boat ride up the canal for beautiful sunrise and sunset rides, a private dock awaits back home to tie up and cast a line for those who bring or rent a boat. Plenty of space provided to relax while snapping a few of the memories you make here and there.
The first bedroom downstairs has its own full bath with bathtub and shower, four bunk beds great for kids and a queen size bed for parents. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed with private access to the private pool and canal front area. Just off of this bedroom is one of the two large living spaces in this home + full bath and walk in shower. Host a movie night, play poker or a round of bumper pool in this spacious downstairs living space. Floor length windows look onto the private pool and Bimini canal waters.
The master bedroom is located upstairs with a full bathroom, its own vanity space and spacious walk in shower. The master also has an additional and separate vanity space just outside of the bathroom. You’ll find private access to the large balcony that overlooks the canal, pool area and beautiful sunsets over Little Bay.
Second and third bedroom upstairs have a Jack and Jill full bath with double vanity. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds with its own private access to balcony. All three bedrooms walk into the second large living space, dining and kitchen area.. each surrounded by large windows for a constant glimpse of the peaceful canal area.
