Welcome to our 4-bedroom cottage in the heart of Whitestone Lake. The cottage is fully furnished, 1250 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, plenty of room and green grass to play. The cottage sits on a 2 acres of level lot , with a private sandy beach which is quiet and very safe for children. You can also rent a paddle Boat available for $50/week . We are 30 minutes North East of Parry Sound which is a bustling town on the shores of Georgian Bay, where there are shops, cafes, restaurants, movies and other attractions. It is a perfect getaway for up to 8-10 people and only a two and a half hour drive from Toronto. Please be advised that after the final transaction of your booking takes place, please contact the owner for instructions of your damage deposit transaction. Thank you Parry sound is home to plenty of attractions, namely, the 30,00 island Queen crew, annual dragon boat race and Buskers festival to name a few. Also to the list of attractions is the Charles W. Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts. This is a sports museum and a performance hall. Where the annual Festival of the Sound summer classical music festival is held. Propane is included with BBQ as well. This is not a housekeeping cottage. It is given to the renter clean and tidy, and must be left in the same condition as you find it. Garbage is taken to the dump by renter. Dump is less than 5 km away. You must bring your own linen and toiletries of your own. Pillows and blankets are supplied by landlord. If you are bringing a pet, you must speak with the owner first. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 60 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. No smoking is allowed inside the cottage. Pets must be discussed with owner. Damage deposit must be paid to owner and owner will return to renter directly after your stay. Cottage must be left the way you find it., clean and tidy. BBQ and propane is supplied by owner and included in price. Beach chairs, fire pit benches, deck picnic table and lawn chairs are provided. Bring own towels, linen, and tea towels of your own.
