From Trafalgar Street, famed for its cherry blossom displays and peaceful-yet-close-to-the-action location, enter your fully-renovated 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home.
A gorgeous living/sitting area and full formal dining room sit to your right on entrance. To your left is a bedroom and full bathroom. Past the open stairway, find your fully-equipped kitchen, informal dining area, and views out over the landscaped back yard. Past the dining area is the family room, with smart TV and comfortable seating (as well as air conditioning).
Maybe venture out on to the covered patio, head down to the second covered area to barbecue, or check on your vehicle in our 3-car garage (with level 2 EV charging installed).
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with full ensuite (TVs in both the room and bathroom near the tub), and massive walk-in closet.
Two more bedrooms with a jack-jill full bathroom round out the top floor.
Come down to the basement to find our movie room with projector, screen and surround audio. Step out on to the sunken patio, or use our free in-suite laundry room will full-size machines.
