The Manager's House is a traditional style home dating from the 1800s and is where the manager of the plantation would once have lived. Today Bromefield is a race-horse and polo pony stud with paddocks for the mares and foals as well as the other farmyard animals. The property consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 6' 6' bed with fitted wardrobes and traditional furnishings. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, double vanity, bidet and dressing table. This comfortable room is bright and breezy and looks out over cane fields and horse paddocks. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a 5' double bed. Both are air conditioned and share the family bathroom which has a bath with shower, WC and double vanity. Both bedrooms have views across the sugar cane and horse paddocks. Downstairs the Manager's House is entered through the door with a porch to one side of the house. The fully fitted laundry room is to the right with the downstairs shower room straight ahead and the fully fitted kitchen to the left. The kitchen leads on to the verandah with the outdoor dining immediately ahead. From the kitchen, the interior dining is on the left and the living room just beyond the dining. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite and there is also internet provided throughout. The wrap around verandah on three sides provides outdoor living and dining as well as some sun loungers for total relaxation. The communal pool is but a stone's throw from the front door and there are walks in the cane fields which abut the property. This is an ideal property for those who love country living in a quiet peaceful location.
