Tradewinds 12A is a 2BR/2BA beachfront condo that sleeps 6. Parking is within feet of the door! It is also located on Scenic 98's FIVE mile walk/bike path which is perfect for early morning or sunset strolls.

Tradewinds 12A has TWO BEDROOMS! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom!
MASTER BEDROOM #1: Queen bed, chest of drawers, 42-Inch flat screen TV equipped with ROKU for streaming (must have own streaming account) and youtube TV, 2 Night Stands, 2 lamps, ceiling fan and the sliding doors out to your private patio.
BATHROOM #1: Directly off of master bedroom. A new vanity, sink, faucet, shower curtain/liner and all new towels. Also contains washer/dryer.
BEDROOM #2: Two twin beds, chest of drawers, night stand, lamp, ceiling fan, 32 inch flat screen tv equipped with ROKU for streaming (must have own account for streaming) and youtube TV!
BATHROOM #2: Full bath directly off of Bedroom #2.
LIVING ROOM: Sofa and loveseat, with queen sleeper sofa! Also equipped with a 55 inch flat screen TV, also equipped with Roku for streaming and youtube TV! Free wifi throughout!
KITCHEN - FULLY FURNISHED: Granite tops, seating at the table for 4 people, 3 additional seats at the bar, refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, counter-top small appliances (coffee pot, toaster, blender), silverware/knives, pots/pans & baking sheets/pans. There is everything you need to pick up fresh seafood at the local seafood market and fix it right in the condo!
LAUNDRY: Full size WASHER & DRYER. Large capacity allows you to enjoy your vacation without laundry becoming a chore.
INTERNET: We have FREE high-speed wifi wireless internet for your added convenience. Being on vacation, doesn't mean you have to be 'Off The Grid'.
OUTDOOR BALCONIES: Seating for 4 people on the west balcony and 2 people on the east balcony! It's a great spot to sit and unwind, relax with family/friends or enjoy reading a good book.
SPECIAL RATES FOR SNOWBIRDS: Inquire with owner for a quote.
*** We do not supply food, personal items, charcoal or beach towels. However, to get you started we do supply a few garbage bags, a few rolls of toilet paper, a few laundry detergent pods, a few dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid. Please, remember to bring or expect to purchase additional items for your stay. We also have 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for guest use!
