Oceanfront condo blissfully located on Kauai’s Coconut Coast (windward/east side) centrally located to best access the entire lush and tropical Garden Isle during your visit. About 5 miles from the Lihue Airport, this Wailua Bay oceanfront condo resort is located on the bay side of the street.
One of less than a handful of Kapa'a oceanfront complexes where the Kapa'a Ke Ala Hele Makalae Path Walking & Biking Path DOES NOT pass in front of the La'e Nani complex and the ocean. Nice to not have hundreds of people walking in front of the ocean/bay view.
Walk to & enjoy a peaceful breakfast at the Passion Bakery at Kinipopo, easy stroll next door to the Hawaiian Casual Lava Lava Beach Club with nightly live entertainment, and enjoy easy access to the Kapa'a Ke Ala Hele Makalae Path, more than 5 miles of Coconut Coast Walking or Biking. Right on the ocean, Lae Nani, has colorful tropically landscaped grounds, a heated swimming pool and an ocean surf Lava Rock Swimming Area for keiki (children) and additional beach area and a most often "swimmable" beach. There are BBQ Grills on the resort grounds located near the pool.
NO EXTRA COSTS for early check-in and late check-out in the TRUE SPIRIT OF ALOHA. If it is possible with the property caretaker/housekeeper, and it is more than 90% of the time, yes earlier check-in and/or a later check-out may be possible. Late check-outs are great with a later flight...and works out when there is NOT a check-in by another guest later that same day of check-out or the next day an earlier check-in is scheduled.
