Positive: Close to the metro , the grocery store and restaurants
Negative: It is beside a mechanic shop, so everytime they have a car repair, you can smell the smoke going inside the apartment. If you have a baby or a little one, it’s very unhealthy for them to smell the vehicle smoke. Also the heater in the living room can not really warm the space downstairs . It’s very cold in the living room and kitchen while the bedroom upstairs is very warm. There are 2 heaters, one upstairs and one in the living room. We did not use the heater upstairs because heat goes up. The heater downstairs can not warm enough the living room and kitchen. I guess the apartment is not insulated, very thin walls. Otherwise, the lay out is nice and pretty. You have everything you need.
