Superb townhouse in Pollensa situated in the highest area, in one of its typical streets with stone stairs in a neighborhood that has retained the traditional character, just 5 minutes walk from the city center.This large three-storey house built on a sloping plot and perfectly adapted to the environment has beautiful and spacious terraces that offer stunning views of the surroundings, the village and the mountains. The outdoor areas of the house are undoubtedly the most striking of the house, we can enjoy a pleasant garden, the private pool and spaces for al fresco dining or relax.The house offers a distribution of rooms suitable for a large family or group of friends, with four bedrooms in total, three of them located on the lower floor with shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms is ideal for children as it has a bunk bed and a trundle bed. All bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the garden and pool.The master bedroom is on the top floor. It is a wonderful room with en suite bathroom, living room, air conditioning and private terrace.The intermediate floor that is the access to the house is destined for social environments, having large kitchen with dining room and a cozy corner separated from the rest of the kitchen by a screen, ideal to read or to have a coffee, plus a living room with fireplace, ideal place to slacken and finally a toilet. At about 6 km you will find the best tourist offer of the area, beaches, leisure, sports, etc A short distance from the house is the famous Calvary, a small mountain which can be accessed by car or on foot. It consists of 365 steps, one for each day of the year. This long staircase runs uphill ascending the Monte del Calvario until reaching the top where there is a beautiful panoramic view of the town and a hermitage with oratory dating from the eighteenth century. On the rise on both sides stylized cypresses, some crosses (the Via Crucis style) and facades of the low houses of the place can be seen. A somewhat dizzy feeling when you turn around whatching the distance traveled and the village with the mountain behind. The steps are smooth and along the way you can rest without any problem. From above a new landscape opens before the gaze, part of the coast. In the distance the port of Pollensa and also you can observe the Sierra de la Tramuntana.
