Approved STR Licensed Rental at Peterson's Waterfront Resort - Large 3 story townhouse with 2 car garage & boat/RV garage on the first level. This beautiful prime resort has 400' of waterfront with boat dock, buoys, swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, & hot tub. All amenities at no cost (subject to availability and charge if decided by the resort management). Two Master Suites ensure comfort and luxury. One of the master bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub. A balcony off each Master Suite compliments the spacious deck by the living area. The guest room & bath are on the second level and the second Master Suite is on the third level along with a large loft with reading and TV viewing area. TV's available in every rooms along with large closets. NOTE: There are 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 adults. In addition there is an Airbed, Futon and large Sofa to accommodate rest (Additional fee will apply). Full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gas grill on the deck completes the gourmet kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sitting area and dining area. All the luxury of a detached home with and just a few minutes walk to downtown Chelan's famous restaurants, bars & shopping.
