This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath spacious townhouse overlooking the lagoon is perfect for groups and families. You will be located in a gated community right around the corner from one of the pools, playground, mini golf, bike rentals, fitness center and Water’s Edge Café. This includes a family pass to Wyndham Ocean Ridge Amenities. Other restaurants are also within walking distance.
The space
This three-bedroom townhouse offers picturesque views of the lagoon. The patio off the main floor is perfect for dining alfresco or birdwatching. The main floor also includes a stacked washer/dryer, half bath and storage closet. The living room has a full-size sofa sleeper.
The three bedrooms are located on the second level. One master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet, deck with chairs and full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet and bathroom with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom perfect for a kids’ or teen's room with a twin bed and trundle, it does not have private access to a bathroom or closet.
A huge bonus is having access to the Wyndham Beach Cabana with restrooms and showers at beach access point 20!
