Summary: Pros - space was nice. Tons of towels! Soaps and shampoos were very appreciated. Pool was nice, but not as big as it looked in the photos and only 5 feet deep. Cons - poor check-in instructions. garage with ping pong absolutely wreaked of marijuana. Couldn't play without opening the garage door. Didn't notice any bikes. Queen size bed in one bedroom was hard as a rock. Apple TV doesn't have any instructions or remote how to use. TVs in bedrooms are basically useless. We chose VRBO to avoid a middle man, unfortunately this is managed by a property manager Vacasa, so no direct contact with owner. So much for vacation rental by owner. Last year it had a parking permit for Rehoboth. I went through pain staking effort to find someone who could give me an answer. I had to speak with a Vacasa rep who transferred me to a "local" rep that turned out to be the local maintenance man. He did his best but, the layers of complexity in finding someone to communicate with directly about the property was way too problematic. Hot tub at the pool was broken. Ants. Heads up for anyone staying: NO REHOBOTH PARKING PASS INCLUDED which is poor because anywhere we have stayed has provided one. Gate to get in has two machines. Use the first one and the # button will be necessary part of the code to get in. pool passes you need to get into the pool. It says no pets, I am certain the owners have pets in there. We found animal crates in the closet. So anyone with pet allergies beware.
