From this ideal location, you'll be within walking distance of numerous amenities! Take a short stroll along the path neighboring the home to the rec center where you'll have access to an infinity pool, kiddie splash pool, hot tub, gym, and pickleball courts as well as 2 more rec centers with a spa. Just outside the front door is a walking path that leads up the butte for a nice refreshing hike. The same also walking path leads to BLM land with hundreds of miles of private trails!
The tennis/pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, and fitness centers onsite are also available free of charge, just be sure to grab the passes provided by the homeowners!
If you want to spend the day outdoors, hit the links at one of the on-site golf courses or explore the resort on the walking/running trails and paths. Head to Bend to raft or SUP on the river. For something more challenging, trek one of the many trails near Sisters, such as Tumalo Falls or Tam McArthur Rim Trailhead.
Just 30 minutes away is Smith Rock State Park, a mecca for hiking, fishing, and kayaking in Crooked River! In the winter months, shred the slopes at Hoodoo Ski Area or pass through Bend to access the incredible skiing of Mt Bachelor! Also roughly 30 minutes from the Hayden Homes Amphitheater.

• Outside lights should be off when not in use.
Parking:
• Park only in designated spaces or driveways.
• Street parking is permitted for 6 hours only, but not between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• Parking on turf, landscaped areas, or bike paths is not permitted.
• Electric bikes can be ridden on bike paths, all other motorized vehicles are for the streets.
Restrictions on vehicles:
• No large buses, shuttles, RV’s, trailers, or boats in Eagle Crest for more than 48 hours,
except in enclosed garages or designated areas.
• Living or sleeping in RVs or campers parked in Eagle Crest is not allowed.
Fire safety and smoking:
• Obey fire advisory signs, as the area is prone to fires.
• Extinguish cigarette butts and dispose of them properly.
• Fireworks are not permitted in Eagle Crest.
Garbage and recycling:
• Dispose of properly bagged household garbage in designated bins or dumpsters.
• Handle glass properly or take it to approved recycling locations.
• Recycle cardboard, cans, and plastic in designated containers.
Pets and pet waste:
• Keep pets on a leash and pick up their waste immediately.
• Control dogs when off-leash in the Cline Buttes Recreation Area.
Golf Courses:
• All golf courses are only for people who have paid to use them.
• Golf courses are closed to everyone before and after hours.
• No dog walking, putting practice, or using them for a playground.
Water features and wildlife:
• Swimming in lakes or playing in water features is not allowed.
• Enjoy the vegetation, aquatic wildlife, or waterfowl without disturbing them.
• Avoid feeding deer and other wildlife—only bird feeders are permitted.
