Summary: We booked a double queen and got a single queen with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. For this, i was given 4,000 points towards another stay.... which i think is about 1-2 nights. The carpet in the room was horrible. There was no safe in the room which i usually use to secure my off duty pistol. I absolutely hated that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Customer service there was good.... not great, but good. They helped as much as they could. The breakfast was great.
