Positive: The hotel is fairly new, everything works, the Staff were very friendly, particularly the lady in charge of the breakfast, which was exceptional - several wonderful choices. The location near OWA was great, and being there just as the off-season hits was a bonus. The room was very well planned, with the small exception of not having enough "rack" space or places to hang towels, but this is extremely minor. It even had a place to grill hamburgers if we were so inclined.
Negative: A person would really have to nit pick to say anything wrong with this hotel!
Summary: Excellent hotel, right @ OWA, only 8 or 9 miles from the beach, and only 1 block from Lamberts cafe!
