Pavilion of 55 m2 in a holiday residence, located 850 m from the sea and
2 km from shops.
On the ground floor you will find a new fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with hydro-jet shower and separate WC.
The dining room is equipped with an LCD screen (80 cm), a blu-ray player, you will have at your disposal a FREE WIFI connection and we also provide you with a safe. The dining room and the living room give access to a shaded terrace where you will find all the necessary comfort.
Upstairs, you will find 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (140 * 200) and a bunk bed (for children).
The other room is equipped with a large bed (140 * 190), we also provide you (on request) with a cot + a mattress for the comfort of your baby. These 2 bedrooms have access to a 20 m2 solarium equipped with sun loungers.
To improve your comfort, beds will be made upon your arrival.
You will find in the garden, a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and sunbathing as well as a plancha for your grills.
You will also have a solar shower to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach.
This pavilion is located in a private and secure residence, very quiet, with a large play area for your children, soccer fields, petanques and volleyball courts as well as a games room (table tennis and table football) .
