This spacious penthouse apartment rental with a view of the Eiffel Tower boasts 210m2 with an elevator in the building. It has a prestigious location, just at the bottom of Trocadero, in front of the Eiffel Tower and only five minutes from the Passy area. The view is amazing and stunning: just imagine having your breakfast on the small terrace facing the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars, watching the boats on the Seine. You can even see Montmartre in the distance! The apartment features 4 bedrooms and a sitting room. The living room is very bright, thanks to the two large French windows opening on a small terrace with a table and chairs to contemplate the magnificent view of the Eiffel tower. Sofas and armchairs make the living room very comfortable, and there's cable TV and fast WiFi. The dining room has a large table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, American fridge, washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a double bed with a view over the Eiffel tower. On the upper level is a suite with a double bed and its ensuite open bathroom with a full tub and shower, plus a large dressing room. The air conditioning is only in these 2 bedrooms.
