It is a 2bedroom, 1bath condo unit equipped with washer/dryer, essential appliances, cooking utensils, beach towels and free wireless internet. Home has smart tv's with cable and where you can login to view Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc.. Condo also has card and board games for fun family nights. Amenities include a heated pool, tennis court, picnic/grilling area, shuffle board area and private beach access.

Summary: Pros: Our family of four and our son’s gf spent the week. Condo was exactly as described, completely updated. There’s nothing the owner didn’t think of to make our stay comfortable. Sunscreen, after sun gel, neosporin, aluminum foil, beach toys, coolers, beach cart, towels, baggies, things you never see in a condo. Surface clean, we had to move a couple of pieces of furniture to plug things in, and had not been swept for awhile. Private entrance to beach, only accessible with key. Quiet. Publix and Winn Dixie close. Washer and dryer a plus. Plenty of extra sheets. Appliances all up to date, and everything you need as far as kitchenware goes, even a fully stocked spice rack. Short walk to beach and pool. Cons: Outside: If you’re a person that wants up to date amenities and aesthetically pleasing surroundings, this probably isn’t the place for you. Tennis court-net broke down and destroyed. Pool-clean-but heated in July was not a good thing. It felt more like a hot tub. Actual condo is not beachfront, complex is beachfront and view from beach is a dilapidated, mess of site. Jacks holding building up, entire front of building falling in. Inside: Very little water pressure in shower. The master bedroom was difficult to cool. Overall, we had a nice time. We were disappointed condo wasn’t beachfront/oceanfront as listed, and obviously the condition of outside of property and amenities was less than appealing. We would not stay here again.
