Positive: The location of the apartment is great, very close to the airport and facilities, and the view from the balcony is excellent. We wanted to explore the island and it is perfectly placed to so. The complex is gated, so we felt secure. It is tidy and well looked after, the pool area was very clean as were all the grounds and gardens. For a couple the apartment is ideal. It has all the facilities you need to cater for yourself. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery for meals and kitchen equipment for food preparation. There is a mini market right outside the complex and two big supermarkets (Mercadona and Lidl) less than five minutes drive away. Wi-Fi was good and the TV had UK channels if you wanted to watch it. There are local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. If you like curries the Indian/Mexican one on the site is very good and reasonable prices. We had a late flight home and Claire extended our check out until 1 p.m. so that we had more time in the apartment on the last day, which was very good.
Negative: Communication wasn't great. We were left waiting for someone to meet us when we arrived which wasn't great after a long journey. Bed linen was an issue for us. There was no duvet cover (chilly at night, so we needed a duvet) and not enough pillow cases in the apartment. Claire said she would get some for us if needed but when we asked the message was not responded to. We made do with sheets and covers we found in the apartment but it was not ideal. This may not be a regular problem, but we did feel a bit let down. Towels were very basic and we washed them all a couple of times whilst we were there as there was only one each and one drying up towel. Overall the place felt a bit "tired" e.g. holes in curtains, only one bedside table and decor a bit scruffy.
Summary: Great location and conveniently placed but lacks attention to detail.
